Chocolate tahini granola

Crunchy and sinfully delicious Chocolate Tahini Granola , which are grain-free, gluten-free, high in protein, calcium and fiber, are the perfect anytime snack! Great way to start or end the day with chocolate granola. 10 ingredient chocolate granola for breakfast or quick snack.


  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (or any nut of choice)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Gather all ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl place coconut flakes, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raw cacao powder, cinnamon and sea salt.
  4. Stir together.
  5. Next add in vanilla, tahini, maple syrup and coconut oil.
  6. Continue to stir until well combined.
  7. Spread the granola mixture on a cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
