Busy girl 10 minute full body workout

A 10 minute workout that targets the full body. This workout is great for busy women who need short effective workouts. Do this workout first thing in the morning to energize you for the day ahead. Get ready for some  scorpion push-ups. This exercise move works your upper body as well as your glutes and hips, requiring more core engagement throughout the push-up. We provide modifications for this move.

A great bodyweight exercise for the upper body and core - scorpio pushups. Do this 10 minute workout for a complete workout.

Equipment:   one dumbbell and kettlebell, and chair (optional)

Style of workout:  10 minute workout

Workout focus: full body

Hey #ptgirls! We have a new real time workout for you! The Busy Girl 10 minute workout. A great to stay active to balance out your hectic schedule. This is a full body workout routine. Short effective and totally do-able for busy women and moms. Squeeze this workout in to get your body in shape. Oh and the best part no gym required.

We use two different weight amounts in this workout. 5 lbs and 20 lbs. Use a weight amount that allows you to feel the burn but you are able to move through the circuit with little to no rest.

Grab whatever you have around your house to add some resistance if you don’t have a free weight.

Lori has diastasis (although healed and stronger) she modified the scorpion to protect her core more. For those that have diastasis or may be pregnant use a chair for the push-ups. Depending how far you are in your DR healing journey or pregnancy do regular push-ups on a chair or wall instead of scorpion push-ups.

I’ll definitely save this for a day when I can’t make it to the gym because the weather is bad… or just don’t want to go out because it’s too dang cold outside!

Great workout…love the combination of moves…my heart is really pumping!

Working out with you in real time works best or me. Can I find your real time workouts collected in one place or is there an easy way to identify which ones are real time?
