Make 4 ingredient chocolate pancakes

Make mint fudge but reduce coconut butter to 1/4 cup


  1. When pancakes are done cooking let them cool.
  2. Make the mint filling by blending all the ingredients together.
  3. Then begin stacking pancakes with mint filling in the middle.
  4. Serves 2.
