Christmas Day Menu

by purelytwins

Are you ready to get in the kitchen with me today?

I am doing Christmas Day meal prep and wanted to share with you what we have on the menu for Christmas Day.

Did you see Lori’s Christmas traditions. I had fun filming the videos of her and Madison. It is sometimes hard for me to spend the holiday without my twin sis, but I love seeing her create new memories with her family. I am blessed and grateful for my family and love cooking for them, so let’s get to the food!

Christmas day meal prep -sharing what is on my Christmas day menu from breakfast to the main meal. If you need some ideas on what to make I hope my menu inspires you in the kitchen. Join me and making Christmas dinner ahead of time. The perfect solution to make your Christmas day less stressful.

Christmas Day Menu

The whole family is not here, so the menus are not as big as it was at Thanksgiving.

Christmas Breakfast Menu:

Fruit – berries

Coffee and water

Flourless pumpkin bread pudding – the family requested it

Pumpkin latte donuts  – If I have time to make, even if not I will make them for the weekend.

Main Christmas Menu – We are having ours as a late lunch

Turkey -Dad grills

Roasted buttercup squash – roast in oven 350, coat in coconut oil and bake for about 40-45 minutes.

Roasted veggies – carrots and brussel sprouts  -I roast in oven 350, coat veggies in coconut oil and spices and bake for about 30 minutes.

Creamy broccoli casserole – I double the recipe and I am doing it with pumpkin seed and brazil nut base for the sauce.

Mom’s stuffing – Made in crockpot.

Plantain garlic rolls

Red wine

Christmas Desserts:

Our great grandmother’s pumpkin pie recipe

Gingerbread fudge

Irish coffee

What are you serving for your Christmas meal?

Wishing you and your family all the love and happiness this Christmas and New Year!

Thank you for being part of our family.

xoxo
