Plantain chewy garlic dinner rolls. Gluten and grain free.

Easy healthy garlic rolls made from just 6 ingredients. No flour bread rolls. These dinner rolls are made from plantains. You will no longer need to buy store bough dinner rolls as these rolls are tasty and made in just 15 minutes.


  • 7 oz (200 grams) plantain – about a heaping 1 cup sliced plantains
  • 10 tablespoons arrowroot
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (red can)
  • Olive oil * for glaze


  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend plantain, coconut oil, egg and spices in blender.
  3. Pour batter into bowl and hand stir in arrowroot one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spread a light layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with more spices if desired.
  7. Place back in oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
