Easy Raw Eggnog Pie Recipe. If you or someone in your family loves eggnog, but cannot have dairy or eggs add this easy dessert to your Christmas baking list!

Ingredients

Crust
1/2 cup nut or seed flour
1/2 cup coconut flakes
3 tablespoons mesquite flour (could do more nut/seed flour)
1 tablespoon flaxmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons molasses
Eggnog filling
2 1/4 cups cashews, soak and rinse
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut oil, liquid
Instructions
To make crust
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Pulse until combined.
Press crust into a parchment lined 8 in or 9 in circle pan.
Set aside.
To make eggnog filling
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour filling over crust.
Place pie into refrigerator and let set overnight.
