Highlights of our week and shout outs to our purely twins community.
Highlights from our week:
Madison wearing her rain coat (that I got off amazon) for the first time this week.
Being interviewed on The Nourished Podcast – episode #37. You can check it out here. We had a blast (we were a little nervous as this was only our second time doing a podcast before, Michelle did one all about eczema). Healing eczema and acne is so close to our hearts. t can be very difficult to heal as so many factors come into play. But if you are suffering we highly suggest you start loving yourself and skin now. Focus on self-love and compassion for yourself. That was a key player in our healing journey. If you are eating a real foods diet with good quality foods, taking good supplements, getting sleep, managing your stress and not over-exercising then you are on the right path.
Enjoyed our last week of Be Fit Be You Bootcamp workouts with our #ptgirls!
Madison loves playing outside in the leaves (and dirt).
Being lifestyle bloggers it is always so uplifting to know that we are making an impact for the better on other people lives (and making friends with our readers). We love empowering women to love their bodies, always be purely them and live life with passion and love.
Madison playing outside in the leaves with her dog, Jax. Not sure who enjoys it more Jax or Madison?!
Plantain waffles make great base for a quick and healthy real foods lunch. What to eat for lunch issues solved.
Meals don’t have to be complicated. We like to keep them simple. This is what works for us – always make sure to listen to your body and do what is right for it.
Loving our irish coffees.
Madison listening to Christmas music with her aunty. She loves listening to music and sometimes she dances. It’s too cute.
We’ve been so blessed lately with having extremely beautiful and sunny winter so far. We try to get outside as much as we can.
Being a mom who works from home it can be challenging to get your workouts in with the little one running around but doing short workouts are perfect to keep me healthy and fit. Plus I love showing Madison that working out can be fun and an act of self-love when done for the right reasons.
