Highlights from our week:

Being interviewed on The Nourished Podcast – episode #37. You can check it out here.  We had a blast (we were a little nervous as this was only our second time doing a podcast before, Michelle did one all about eczema). Healing eczema and acne is so close to our hearts. t can be very difficult to heal as so many factors come into play. But if you are suffering we highly suggest you start loving yourself and skin now. Focus on self-love and compassion for yourself. That was a key player in our healing journey. If you are eating a real foods diet with good quality foods, taking good supplements, getting sleep, managing your stress and not over-exercising then you are on the right path.

Staying fit and healthy while being a female entrepreneur can be hard? But it doesn't have to be with short workouts that you can do at home. Plus you will gain so much energy from staying active you'll be able to do more in your business.

Meals don’t have to be complicated. We like to keep them simple. This is what works for us – always make sure to listen to your body and do what is right for it.

Listening to Christmas music is a great activity to do with toddlers during the holiday season to create family memories and traditions.

We’ve been so blessed lately with having extremely beautiful and sunny winter so far. We try to get outside as much as we can.

Being a mom who works from home it can be challenging to get your workouts in with the little ones running around but doing short workouts are perfect to keep me healthy and fit so I can be there for my kids.
