  1. Make waffles using your waffle maker and following this recipe here.
  2. When waffles are done let cool then slice into sticks.
  3. We got 4 sticks per waffle and we got 6 large waffles so about 24 waffle sticks.
  4. Next make up mocha hot cocoa dip for dipping the waffles in.
  5. In a large bowl place cocoa powder, stevia and instant coffee and stir.
  6. Next stir in coconut milk.
  7. Continue to stir until combined.
  8. Serve cocoa dip with waffles.
