Madison wanted to check out this cool looking thing. haha She kept walking around the equalizer , under, etc. it was so cute. She really tries to do whatever we are doing now in our workouts. It’s so much fun.

I have a question, maybe you’ve answered this before and I just missed it, but I’m curious; what exactly do you put in your mushes (quantities/ingredients). They look intriguing and I’m just curios on how to replicate them, I didn’t see a recipe for them. Thanks!
