weekly sparks

by purelytwins

Highlights of our week and shout outs to our purely twins community.

Highlights from our week:

Madison showing aunty Michelle her teeth.

**More teeth are coming in so things have been a little rough around here.

She loves playing with cups.  I adore all the little sounds she makes.

Enjoying a slice of our pumpkin fudge oreo cake.

Madison is a little walking machine.  She loves going back and forth from the kitchen to the den.

One evening we made up our 4 ingredient chocolate nutella cookies but we used a mix of hazelnuts and pumpkin seed butter.

Madison loves to unload my purse.

Snapped a quick snapchat workout selfie. (follow us on snapchat: loriandmichelle)

plaintan pancakes

Plantain pancakes (similar recipe to these) for Madison to take to school.

Madison apparently wasn’t in the mood to take a morning bathroom selfie with me like she usually is.

Michelle reading to Madison before bed some pages out of Lewis Howes new book The School of Greatness. Obviously she was super excited to learn about how to be great!

She loves playing with her minnie mouse microphone.

I ordered some large washable crayons for her to have fun with.

The one sunny day we quickly grabbed some white paper (what we use sometimes in our food photography pics) and let her scribble on it. She had a blast.

Doing what we love to do plank and create new workouts.

Chestnut pancakes!! YUMMY

And a HUGE congrats to Michelle for being interviewed on the Eczema Podcast with Abby from Prime Physique Nutrition!! Michelle shares her journey of healing her 3 year battle with severe eczema. Make sure to go check it out and show her some love and support.

I am so proud of her. Seeing a loved one go through anything painful where you cannot do anything is the hardest thing ever. Sis you truly are an inspiration!

Oh my gosh will you PLEASE share the recipe for the chestnut pancakes on your blog? I know it’s in the Purely Fit Life club but I would love love love to see it and make it! I am obsessed with chestnut flour and would love to share your recipe with my friends and family, who I’m trying to introduce chestnut flour too. It’s not a common flour and I have to order it online, but it’s so worth cooking with 🙂

Congrats on your new holiday workout challenge! Excited to participate 🙂
