It’s been cold and rainy here. We all have a little cabin fever. Due to all the rain, I realized that I didn’t have a rain coat for little miss Madison.  I ordered one off Amazon last night. As I am writing this I realized I personally don’t have a rain coat. Guess I need to get me one too.  Speaking of rain gear do you know of any good rainboots? That is something else Michelle and I both need!

Even with cold and rainy weather you can still get a good workout done indoors. We love creating new routines for you to do at home. This is how we use our creativity through designing attainable workouts plus easy gluten-free recipes for your busy lifestyle.

Today we have a fun ab and butt workout that requires no equipment and perfect to do on those rainy days.

Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 10 rounds of intervals of 10 second rest and 50 second work.

Take some time to get quiet and allow yourself to get to know yourself. Think about all the things you enjoy doing. Which ones bring the most excitement and creative outlet for you. Once you find it, do it often.

Hi !!
It’s great to see your body bounce back after pregnancy. Could you please tell me your experience with stretch marks- how did you avoid them? And did you workout all 9 months until delivery?

Well my body didn’t bounce that quickly after pregnancy. I had diastasis so my recovery was a little different and longer. I did get stretch marks on my belly – I was not good about moisturizing my belly that well. And some people just get stretch marks easier than others. And yes I worked out all 9 months all the way up to delivery.
