Are fitness and health challenges good or bad?

Good Friday Morning…okay afternoon.

Where did the morning go?? We had a busy day so far.  If you follow us on snapchat (loriandmichelle) you would have seen our breakfast at Wholefoods. Then we went over to Michelle’s place to do some cleaning followed by going to the pet store to get Jax some more food.

Once we got back to Lori’s house we played with Madison and Jax, ate some lunch and did some cleaning here too. Before we knew it it was Madison’s nap time, which means getting focused – getting to work.

The other day on periscope we chatted about challenges. We know everyone has their opinion on if you should do challenges or not.

Here are things we plan to do — workout schedule, diet tips, recipes and surviving the holiday tips.

We want this holiday challenge to be fun, joyful and something to help you feel happy and balanced instead of stressed, hating your body and gaining weight.

Challenges are great! They motivate us and when they are conquered make us proud of what we accomplished. Even if you are not the best or the first, knowing that you tried your hardest and made it though is success.
