Green “HULK” bread. Protein paleo bread recipe.

Fun and healthy way to enjoy bread filled with healthy fats and spinach. A great way to get your kids to eat veggies. Gluten-free grain-free dairy-free quick bread.


  • 1 cup pumpkin seed butter (9oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder of choice (we use pea protein)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 cup of spinach


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9×5 bread loaf with coconut oil.
  3. In a blender add in pumpkin seed butter, eggs and maple.
  4. Blend.
  5. Next add in dry ingredients and spinach.
  6. Continue to blend until smooth.
  7. Pour mixture into bread loaf.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  9. Slice and store in refrigerator.
