Season 6 of AMC’s The Walking Dead premiered last night!!! We watched it live off the computer as we don’t have cable. We debated about staying up and watching the talk show afterwards, but we felt since we are both under the weather, sleep was better.

When I arrived over at Lori’s house this morning she informed me that she had some dreams about The Walking Dead haha…Rick and everyone are like family. We are excited to see where the show goes this year. Both of us already have our thoughts about what is going to happen in the next episode of The Walking Dead. We have a busy week so before we now it we will be watching it! #cannotwait

Is this safe for DR and also if preggers? I am trying to prevent DR through out my pregnancy.

Yes, just do side planks – no plank hugs. Do push-ups on the wall and march your feet for high knees if the jumping is to much.
