Highlights from our week:
We celebrated Madison’s one year party again with more family and friends.
We made one round of our grain-free chocolate cupcakes and 2 rounds of grain-free vanilla cupcakes. We kept them nut free and used tiger nut as the flour. We made a regular buttercream frosting (kerrygold butter mixed with organic powdered sugar)
