Barre workout using an equalizer. 10 minute real time workout.

by purelytwins

Lower body barre workout that only takes 10 minutes using the equalizer.

10 minute home workout for busy moms.

We have been swimming machines over here. Our niece and Madison love the water and so does Jax! They love being able to swim with him. Madison has two rafts she likes plus she likes us to hold her in the water. This sure makes Lori wish she had a pool back up in NC. Lori is considering getting Madison swim lessons soon.

We grew up swimming so it has been bringing back a lot of memories. #funtimes  Did you have a pool growing up?

With all the swimming we haven’t had much time to work out, except for these short 10 minute workouts.

This workout is great if you are looking for:

I am hopeful mantra.

Mantra for week – I am hopeful.

What does having hope mean to you?

Hope is something that you want to happen. The general feeling that some desire will be fulfilled.

Being hopeful really helped changed our lives in a more positive way. Once we started thinking that anything can happen. That miracles do happen. That having hope our desires will be fulfilled. Life-changing mindset shift.

We want the same for you. We want you to hope that all your desire will be fulfilled.

This is great! I absolutely LOVE barre workouts. And hope to me means having positive energy, determination, and strength, through the good days and the bad.
