what we ate in a day: sushi + wine

We are in south Florida to celebrate one of our best friend’s wedding this weekend. We traveled down earlier this week by car with Madison and Jax. It was a long journey but we survived. We had to break the trip up and stayed at a dog-friendly hotel. Our purely fit sisters, we filmed what we ate in our car ride, we will get it posted today inside the club.


We had scheduled a new pluggedin post for yesterday but when we checked our backup we couldn’t find it. Michelle searched and searched the backup several times but never found anything.  She was a little mad as she did all this work for it and couldn’t find it.  Sorry sis. So for all our hard workers and dreamers the new pluggedin post will be postponed.

It’s been a while since we shared what we ate in a day. Some of you asked us to share it again. Yesterday we remembered to film what we ate.

Overall, it was a normal day for us even with having sushi for dinner.

We love good sushi and there is a restaurant here that we love their sushi. Seriously some of the best- so we always get it when we are home.

Hello! This is unrelated to your post, but I am wondering how much of the fermented cod liver oil you take each day? Mine just arrived from Green Pastures (I have the butter/cod liver oil capsules), and I am curious how many capsules to take each day. Would love your advice since I remember you mentioning you take this! Thanks!

We don’t take the capsules so I am not sure how many to take, we take the liquid stuff.
But this is what we know about them:
8-10 capsules equals about 1 tsp of FCLO.
Children (3months-12yrs): 1- 4 caps
Adults and Children 12+yrs: 5 – 10 caps
Pregnant/Nursing Women: 10 – 20 caps

i recently discovered your page and clicked through a lot of posts. I’m really Interested in your opinion concerning over exercising and PCOS (running / 6-7days a week) . Could cutting down the amount have a positive effect on pcos?

Yes cutting down on your running will help with PCOS!! Try adding in more strength training.
