Fish and chips is something we never really liked because we never liked fried foods. It just wasn’t our thing. We prefer chocolate. But for some reason we loved the idea of it. We thought it was a cute way to present food. Basically, we couldn’t get it out of our minds because we knew we could create a version we would like to eat.
Now we have the only fish and chip recipe you will need. Yep, we know you will LOVE it as much as we did.

Simple and healthy real food fish and chip recipe
The perfect dinner recipe for your busy life.
It’s made from few ingredients and doesn’t take long to make. So after a long day of work you can have a healthy dinner in 20 minutes. As you are changing out of your work clothes you can have the fish and plantain chips baking away, so by the time you get back to the kitchen, dinner is ready.
This recipe is made from 5 main ingredients + spices:
haddock from Sizzlefish
coconut oil
coconut flakes
tigernut flour
plantains
spices
We absolutely adore the flavor and texture of tigernut mixed with coconut flakes. And think you will too.
If you desire more of a crunchy outside we recommend cooking the fish in coconut oil on a skillet. Baking provides more of a softer texture to the fish sticks.
This recipe is so satisfying. And so simple.
We used haddock as the white fish in this recipe from Sizzlefish. It was perfect. Moist, delicate yet sturdy to make fish sticks.
Feel free to substitute any white fish of your choice.
