Below is a recap of our personal workout schedule for June 2015. We are sharing this here on the blog to help us be more accountable. Monthly workout schedule to keep us strong, healthy and in shape at home

We hope this gives you some inspiration for your own fitness journey.

Below are the workouts we did for the month of June.

1 –  Rest day

2- Purely HIIT#10 (club workout)

3- Purely training #78 + 30 minute walk

4 – Purely training #95

5 – Purely bodyweight #7 (club workout)  +30 minute walk

6 – Purely Weights #20 (club workout)

7 – Rest day

10 – Purely training 101 + 30 minute walk

11 –  Purely HIIT #1 (club workout)

12 – Sprints

13 – rest day

14 – rest day

15 – rest day

17 – Purely HIIT #16 (club workout)  + 30 minute walk

18 – Purely weights #22 (club workout)

19 – Active rest day – 5 minute plank

20 – Purely HIIT #13 (club workout)

21 – Rest day

23 – Purely fit weights #7 (club workout) + 30 minute walk

24- Purely fit weights #6 (club workout) + 30 minute walk

25 – Purely training 101 (Lori did),  Purely bodyweight #12 (Michelle – club workout)

26 – Rest day

27 – filmed new purely training 104 (coming Monday) + 45 minute walk

28 – Rest day – did a 30 minute walk

29 – Purely weights #21  (club workout) + 30 minute walk

30 – Jump rope #5 (club workout)

 

We love inspiring ladies from all over to take care of their bodies through working out, proper nutrition and positive mindset!

Make sure you are working out for the right reasons not because you hate your body. For us, working out makes us feel good and confident.
