2 salmon fillets
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 cup parsnip fries (cut up parsnips bake in oven with coconut oil until tender)
1 avocado
1 tablespoon coconut oil
sea salt
Instructions
Place coconut oil in medium size skillet. Turn to medium heat.
Place defrosted salmon onto skillet. Skin side down.
