One thing we love about being entrepreneurs is creating our own schedule. The second thing we love is find things we can do everyday to show ourselves self love and for us that is moving our body.

We were telling our clients about our trip to the beach with our best friends. How we did not workout those 3 days. We worked out leading up to it. When we have a short trip we normally just enjoy ourselves, like we did. We slept in. Stayed up very late. Had a few drinks. Laughed. Laughed. And laughed more. We had a great time.

Thanks for the workouts!

How nice to be able to get away with friends and have a fun break! We all deserve this especially moms! I know how hard it is to leave little ones especially when you are nursing. So glad it all worked out.
We don’t travel very much post kids. When we do most often it is with them for an extended period of time so we fit workouts in. If it’s a night or two, we just enough ourselves and relax. The one big trip we had without kids, we were gone 5 days and enjoyed working out together, leisurely as this doesn’t happen at home–runs together outside were fun. Taking a break from social media is nice too. Thanks for sharing about your time away.
