3 ingredient peanut butter fudge (dairy-free, gluten-free, low sugar)

Super deliciously and easy peanut butter fudge that is made from just 3 ingredients. Easy to prepare. Perfect for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon peanut butter (8oz)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup ( 1 1/2oz)
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter ( 4 1/2oz)

Optional add-ins:

  • 34 tablespoons of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender (or can hand stir, it gets creamier when blended) place all ingredients.
  2. Start to blend.
  3. Continue until well blended.
  4. Pour into a 6 inch cake pan.
  5. Set in refrigerator for a few hours. Until firm to touch.
  6. Remove and slice into 8 slices.
