Good morning beautiful!

We have a new vlog showing some of our eats lately and what we bought at Wholefoods.

Hope you enjoyed the video. Love the blooper at the end? haha

Recipe mentioned in video – beef liver meatballs

Grocery shopping at Wholefoods market and personal eats.

Grapefruit green juices are the best!

I love food shopping. What’s your monthly grocery budget?

We don’t have one. We know that is not good, but we are not good with budgeting.

This is somewhat surprising to me, as most people I know who have irregular/variable incomes are careful to budget so that they don’t overspend, especially during weeks or months when they have less income. Do you two have a different system in place to make sure your spending doesnt exceed your income?

Budgeting is easy! If you can track your macros, you can track your spending 🙂 it is all the same concept – come up with a plan, and stick to it!

What’s the “mush” dessert recipe you all always mention?

It is coconut oil mixed with pumpkin puree and gelatin. Sometimes we add in tahini or coconut butter.
