Highlights from our week: 


Madison loves playing with her water toys outside.


Love our daily walks. Love our Oakley sunglasses.

We used to be those girls who hated wearing sunglasses (we never liked the way they would fit our faces) but now love them! We got these Oakleys last summer and still loving them.


Skillet brownie always a great decision at 10pm at night when those chocolate cravings strike.


Enjoyed a wonderful simple dinner with some of our favs. Cooked greens, baked salmon, baked plantain and raw coconut cauliflower rice.


Madison loves story time.


She also loves playing with the kleenex box.


Well this plantain chocolate chip bar recipe didn’t last long in the house. YUM.


Almost crawling!! Crazy close!


Parents were in town and we enjoyed plantain gingerbread waffles one morning 😉  We topped ours with a simple protein gelatin mush.


Madison loves standing too! We wonder if she is going to walk before she crawls. Only time will tell.

Madison is so precious! I love seeing how much she has grown. Those cinnamon rolls look incredible! You girls should do a whole foods grocery haul sometime. I would love to see what kinds of things you get in a typical week!

So funny story. I was doing the purely fit 100 workout. I have been using an eight pound dumbell instead of a kettle bell because that’s what I have. So last time I did that workout I did the moves with said eight pounder. This time I was doing the workout and thought…hmmm something’s different. Ha! I realized I was carrying an eight pound dumbell in each hand! Wow! I’m getting stronger! So instead of simply using one eight pounder for the single leg deadlifts I was using 16 pounds! Yay! I also did the side lunges with a dumbell in each hand and did double the amount of rear pull backs! Thanks ladies for helping me to build strength…physically, spiritually, and mentally!
