Hi there girls
first of all thanks for al the grat info that you put out there
I,m from Chile and found your blog and love your recicioes and tips for living better
I have some questions for you
How do you calculate your macros how much proteín , carbs and fat do you need
how do you know how much is for your high carbs days and how much for the low days
and when do you do high carb days? on your training days and low fat on your rest days
have you explain before?
sorry if you have , and if you have can you tell me wher to find it?

When use the calculator off this http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ You first have to put your weight, height, age, activity level to get calorie intake. Then to figure our your macros you really just have to experiment. We just try something out for awhile and see how we do. We try to have our high carbs days on days we are most active but it doesn’t always work out. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support and glad you like the recipes!

I think carbs are great! Just as long as you eat the right ones and the carbs you eat come from natural sources and have a lot of fiber!
