I have a question about gelatin. I’m trying it for the first time and would like to use it while I’m on the elimination phase of the DHwRF protocol which Michelle is familiar with. Any suggestions on how to use it, gummies, smoothies, mush recipes? It needs to be unsweetened and simple at this point. Thanks for your help! I bought the Great Lakes brand, red container.
