I need equipment, what weight for a beginner, 70 yr. old senior, How many kettle balls are needed? Looks like a fun way to get in shape. I have become flabby vs. toned. Really need to participate in this activity. Thank you for the offering. you gals are great. : )

Love to hear you want to join in on the fun! If you are beginner you can start off with 8 or 10 lbs. Most workouts you need only one kettlebell. If you don’t have one you can use free weights. Or you can find something around your house to use a weights, like water bottles.
