While I was in FL seeing a doctor about my skin, I enjoyed seeing my family and making them chocolate cupcakes.

Baby clothes….so cute.

Madison is starting to wear some 9 month clothing. A little big but room to grow.

Gary and I enjoyed some nice dinners outside.

Gary enjoyed frozen spinach (that I defrosted) with avocado, brussel sprouts, cod and sweet potatoes. I enjoyed sautéed greens, cooked carrots, plantain, cod, tahini and brewers yeast.

Plus we have a new free challenge coming soon at the end of the month. We are so excited about it.

Love the new grocery haul video and your current eats! I’m getting so many good ideas from you girls. Thanks so much. I’m slowly getting more comfortable trying new whole foods like plantains and organic meats following your example!! I’m practicing tons of your recipes as well. Finally I think I have a chance of overcoming my ED relapse 🙂 You are helping me love life again
