day in life: chestnut donuts, pea protein, carb talk

by purelytwins

Sharing our day yesterday in today’s vlog.

Yesterday was a bit of an odd day for us. We both had to get our driver licenses renewed, so that took a large chunk out of our day. Why does it take so long to get things done at the DMV?  But the good news is that we both passed! Yay!

Day in life vlog – carb talk and making chestnut donuts

Also in the video: our Wholefoods grocery haul, the pea protein and hemp protein brands we like,  egg yolk for Madison to try,  discussing work projects and carb cycling talk.

*We bought every product mentioned in the video.

Hope you are having a wonderful Good Friday!!

Any special plans this weekend?

Ha ha ha! Food routines?!?! My demise! I’ve been eating the same breakfast for a month!, I just find that when something is working why mess with it? I wish I was one of those people who could be cool and flexible and have a different breakfast, lunch, or supper everyday….oh how I wish I could…but alas I’m not! I envy those who are! Guess I’ll eventuallly grow tired of said meals and change them up but….I’m not in a hurry right now!

I understand wanting to gain lean muscle (don’t we all…), but why do you want to lose more fat when you’re already in such amazing shape? How do you decide when you’re lean enough? These are questions I grapple with.
