We were so excited to start reading the book and watch our minds transform over 30 days.
And it did.
Overall thoughts about book:
Loved it. Great and easy read. We would start each day with a focus on reading one chapter a day and really focus on that life lesson. We incorporated the mantras and words into our day.
Who do we feel this book is good for?
We feel anyone would benefit from reading this book. We do feel it has a focus on helping those who suffer from poor body image and eating disorders. It showcases so many amazing ways to overcome those life struggles.
My body doesn’t need to change – my thoughts about it do. #bodypeace

We read this book along side our dear friend (our long lost sister) Meg. We would text each other seeing how the other was doing. It was great to have more support. Someone to check in with for encouragement. So we suggest reading this book with a friend!
This book reopened our eyes on how we should be speaking to our bodies. How we need to stop any body shaming and love our bodies. Our bodies are not broken. Our thoughts are.
And that is exactly what we have been focusing on the past 30 days — changing our thoughts.
It’s a work in progress. But we already have seen a HUGE improvement in how we talk to our bodies each day.
We now look in the mirror and say “I LOVE YOU.” Yes, at first this seems silly but honestly it works!
Go now and do it!
