We had our first real “snow” ice storm.  Crazy everyone everywhere is experiencing chiller temps!


So on a icy chilly day what do you do?? -Make a fire, snuggle and enjoy endless amounts of coffee.

We are grateful and blessed we get to work from home!

I (michelle) trying out fruit!! Like I mentioned in this video I am doing a special diet protocol with my doctor for my eczema and candida.

Also we are getting more and more people commenting that they are loving our mushes!! YAY!! #thebest


Coffee and skillet brownie for an afternoon pick-me-up!

We stayed up until 1 am last night working on some new things for our online fitness club. We are moving everything over to a new software and things are not going as easy as we planned. We keep running into issues and reach out to the companies, so now we are in the waiting game. Also think we are going to have to hire a programmer to help us customize some things, so if you know of anyone who is a programmer leave us a comment!!!

I’m having some troubles with the members page. It’s telling me I’m logged in and I can see the this week’s workout schedule but I cannot see your eats from 2/17, the one from 2/10 is still up on the right hand side and I can’t find your weekly mantra anywhere. The other weird thing is when I click on the link on the right hand side for your personal eats it tells me I’m not a member or logged in but I am logged in. Slightly frustrating to use. Any suggestions, and can you send me the link to your updated personal eats?
I’m using Firefox as my browser maybe i should try chrome??? But I do that I’ll need you to send me my username and PW as I don’t remember it, the computer does for me.

Carey sorry for all the trouble we are in the middle of moving over to a new software for our members, did you receive the email? It should hopefully be working for you now.

They vary but always coconut oil based with additions like protein powder, gelatin, pumpkin seed butter

I have looked too for your mushes recipe/concoction on your site and watched the vlogs but still not sure what the recipe and proportions are? Would love to know as it is a great idea for breakfast when appetite isn’t there and think it would be great for adrenal/hormonal health!! Thanks in advance….hey maybe a vlog or periscope just on that?
