Hey Ladies!
Thanks for the great round-up of exercises. I am primarily a runner but like my strength, especially core, workouts so these are great. I am also trying to do more cross training because I’ve recently developed my first case (in almost 20 years of running!!) of plantar fasciitis and my left foot needs a break.
