Yep both twins are here to motivate you! LORI’S BACK!! The power of purelytwins is together in full force. This workout is Lori’s first workout back after having Madison. So this workout is safe for post partum moms.
Full body strength cardio training circuit to get you lean and strong
Equipment: free weights (dumbbells) 5 – 12 lbs
Style of workout: 16 minute interval strength cardio workout
Workout focus: full body but with a lower body focus
Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 16 rounds of 10 sec rest/ 50 work.
16 minute home workout for postpartum moms to build strength
This purely training workout is made up of 3 exercises. Two moves for building strength and the third move is cardio.
This workout is safe for moms working to get their strength and bodies back post baby. This home workout circuit is great for building strength with a light cardio to burn fat. Lori enjoys the few minutes she gets to workout as it’s HER time. An outlet to have fun and build strength.
