We all like to enjoy some chocolate and candy on Halloween right? We believe in balance and FUN over here…you know eating good most of the time with a few treats and moving the body a little every day.

Do this workout before you head out the door to get your candy 🙂

Full body 12 minute home workout you can do to burn calories using just your bodyweight

Equipment:  none – a bodyweight workout

Style of workout:  12 minute interval workout

Workout focus:  full body

Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 12 rounds of 30 second and 30 second intervals. No breaks.

We suggest for different fitness levels:

B-fits (beginner peeps) – Follow modifications from video. Take breaks when needed. Go at a slower pace if needed. Do push-ups on your knees.

A-fits (advanced peeps) – Push yourself, go for speed and power and limit your breaks. If you want more challenge go for 18 rounds.

Adorable and finally- someone with a great workout that isn’t trying to kill you! As a trainer I feel like many workouts people design are just unrealistic! Have you tried to do push-ups with good form for a minute!? It’s tough stuff! I’d imaging that this workout is a challenge but still doable! What creative names and moves! Well done. This is my first time here but I’ll be back for more!
