How to make easy 4 ingredient nutella cookies (gluten, grain, soy, egg, and dairy free)


Healthy easy nutella cookie recipe. 4 ingredient chocolate cookie that are gluten-free, grain-free, egg-free, soy-free, and paleo friendly. Low sugar cookie!


  • 1/2 cup hazelnut butter (raw or roasted)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin or coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Mix together until it forms a dough.
  4. Scoop onto baking tray.
  5. Dough is thick.
  6. Flatten cookies if you desire a flat cookie.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Let cookies cool on cooling rack a few minutes.


Can enjoy cookies raw for a yummy dough ball cookie or dehydrate them for a few hours.
