Michelle’s dinner the other day. A simple dinner that currently meets her food allergy restrictions.
A plate full of goodness for this breastfeeding mom! Spiralized zucchini, beets, broccoli, cooked kale, 1/2 avocado, Japanese sweet potatoes, mahi mahi, and nutritional yeast.
We are still making pumpkin cookies just about every day.
Homemade coconut yogurt with chia seeds for breakfast! YUM!
