Hey ladies…just got done reading Michelle’s dermatitis post and then saw the link on this post for “too much exercise hurts your gut”. Has Michelle tried not working out for a while? I know that Lori mentioned it helped her with becoming pregnant. Maybe just walking and yoga 3x a week would help? I know what it’s like to have a health problem and not have a cause. Then, you pay doctors a crap ton of money to give you false diagnoses and expensive tests. This is a path you are meant to be on, Michelle, and you’ll come through the other side a much better person with a better life. This phase in your life will end eventually.

Yes Michelle has cut WAY back on her workouts. She probably works out once or twice a week and that is it. She mainly just walks with me and nothing else. We both hope to do some yoga this week.
