Hey beautiful purely fit friend!

We have a lot to celebrate over here!! Lori had her little girl over the weekend, and today they get to come home 🙂

Today’s workout was the last workout we filmed a week ago. Crazy to think that baby M is here and Lori is no longer pregnant. We hope you enjoy this cardio workout, it was fun for us to film it!

16 minute pure cardio bodyweight workout you can do anywhere

Equipment:  nothing – a bodyweight workout

Style of workout:  16 cardio workout

Workout focus: interval cardio workout

Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 24 rounds of 10 sec rest and 30 sec work.

Lori was in her 3rd trimester when we filmed this workout (she did this workout at 39 weeks). Follow along with the modifications mentioned in the video and as always listen to your body!

We suggest for different fitness levels:

B-fits (beginner peeps) – Follow modifications from video. Take breaks when needed. Do push-ups on chair and step feet for jump lunges.

A-fits (advanced peeps) –  Push yourself and limit your breaks. Follow along with Michelle.

FIT moms (pregnancy recommendations) –  Follow modifications from video. Take breaks when needed. Follow along with Lori and do push-ups on chair or wall to protect core. Step for the side jump lunges when they become too much.
