Today’s workout was inspired by our very first arm workout – strong sexy arms that we created back in March 2013. It was our very first purely training video! Boy have things changed 😉 We cannot believe that workout has over 12k PINS on it!! Crazy, when did that happen?? But thank you to everyone who shared it. It means the world to us seeing you enjoy our workouts!! And we know this strong sexy arm workout #2 will become another favorite.

Equipment: free weights (dumbbells) and chair
Style of workout: time challenge
Workout focus: upper body
Set Gymboss Interval Timer to time how fast this workout takes you! You will be completing 4 rounds of this arm circuit.
Pregnancy upper body circuit that works the shoulders, triceps and back.
And this workout is pregnancy safe. Lori is in her 3rd trimester (she did this workout at 37 weeks). Follow along with the modifications mentioned in the video and as always listen to your body!

We suggest for different fitness levels:
B-fits (beginner peeps) – Take breaks when needed. Use bodyweight or light free weights. Try to complete 2 -3 rounds.
A-fits (advanced peeps) – Limit your breaks between sets. Use moderate or heavy weights. If using heavy weights you can reduce the amount of reps but still try to do 4 rounds.
FIT moms (pregnancy recommendations) – Follow along with Lori! Listen to your body. Use light to moderate free weights or bodyweight.
