Happy Monday beautiful purely fit friends! Did you have a great weekend? What did you do? Anything fun or exciting?

We were extremely productive this weekend. We are so proud of everything that we got finished. It is such a wonderful feeling being able to check so many things off our to-do list. We have so many to-do lists too, from digital ones to hand written ones. Sometimes we find random ones in our purses.  Jax is doing much better. He appreciates all the sweet words and thoughts 🙂

This workout is the only workout we were able to film last week because Michelle got some stitches on the back of her knee where the doctor took some skin to do a biopsy on. We hope to get the results this week!  So working out has been a little difficult for Michelle, plus my baby bump requires workouts to be done differently too.  Later in the week we had to be creative with moving the body with doing mostly upper body work.

16 minute workout using equalizer and dumbbells for a full body home workout

Equipment:  free weights (dumbbells) and equalizer

Style of workout:  16 minute interval workout

Workout focus: full body strength training workout

Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 24 rounds of 10 sec rest and 30 sec work.

Be strong interval workout that will build strength and burn calories in only 16 minutes

Lori is in her 3rd trimester (she did this workout at 36 weeks). Follow along with the modifications mentioned in the video and as always listen to your body!

Interval workout that will build strength and burn calories at home using equalizer and free weights. Be STRONG workout.

We suggest for different fitness levels:

B-fits (beginner peeps) – Follow modifications from video. Take breaks when needed. Do push-ups on knees or on a chair.

A-fits (advanced peeps) –  Push yourself and limit your breaks. Use heavy weight for the lunges..

FIT moms (pregnancy and postpartum recommendations) – Do the modifications mentioned in the video. Listen to your body. Omit the jumping for the sumo squat jumps and just squat. For pull-ups you can do bent over rows. And do push-ups on a chair or wall.
