Wow, the baked plantain with tahini looks amazing! I need to go looking for plantains and try some of your recipes as well as just eating them. I think they’d be my kind of thing (love my starchy veggies). I have been doing the Whole30 for the past few weeks and my birthday is coming up so I have been looking at cake recipes! I like this one: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/8084/flourless-chocolate-and-pear-cake
I like the idea of pears and hazelnut with chocolate and I always choose a cake with seasonal ingredients, but I might just sub some ingredients in your brownie recipe and make that instead, because there’s a lot of sugar in the recipe I linked.
The pancakes look good! I like peanut butter, but I recently tried cashew butter and I love it!! It’s amazing with a banana (slit down the middle and stuffed with cashew butter like your plantain/tahini combo).
