Highlights from our week:
We cannot seem to focus on anything but the baby over here!
We love our job!
We enjoyed some chicken with our broccoli waldorf salad one day. Simple and delicious.
Dinner plate from earlier this week — baked plantain, sautéed veggies, serving of broccoli waldorf, and grass-fed burger. We topped it off with a lot of nutritional yeast and coconut oil! YUM!
Picked up 2 new products at the health food store to try out.
Dang foods toasted coconut chips.
These are addicting.
And chocolate chips that are sweetened with stevia!!!!
We were so excited to try these out. Lily’s Sweets baking chocolate chips!!
Beyond good. They blew us away. Hopefully we will start seeing these in more health food stores.

Jax doing what he loves to do –> SWIM!
Jax doing what he loves do just as much as swimming –> sleeping.
We both enjoyed lots of swimming this weekend. Baby M likes the water.
Highlight of the week and one of the reasons we are home in FL is one of our best friends is pregnant (she is just a few weeks after Lori). You might recall us mentioning this at Lori’s baby shower. We had a wonderful time with our girl friends!!! Miss them all so much.
