Hemp protein is the only protein my body can handle. Rice protein has crazy amounts of lead and arsenic… Oh man, Witches of EE was definitely my guiltly pleasure too!! I got hooked right away, it reminded me of charmed which I used to love

I have to try that protein powder! Does it taste very maca-ey? Given the effect maca can have on the endocrine system, is it safe to take during pregnancy?

Also, in the name of constructive criticism when it comes to writing/editing:

“which you know what that means” isn’t correct english

Neither is “This quote really hit home for us, as we both have our obstacles that we are working through to one day look back as inspiration.”

Felicity it does not have a maca flavor and we did not have it everyday so feel it is okay. Thanks for the feedback 🙂

I LOVE MAKING PROTEIN FROSTING!! However, then I cannot stop eating. But hey, it’s better than eating a whole tub of that gnarley “frosting” that’s all trans fat!

I love the idea of adding ginger to the frosting for digestion! I can get down with that for sure! And can we talk about that pool?? Amazing!!
