Eczema video progress update and products that are helping.
Me this past Wednesday, no editing.
I could not believe I talked for 30 minutes…sorry guys! But I had a lot to say and just wanted to get it out there. It felt good to talk about it all. So thanks for listening!
Products mentioned in the video that have been helping with my eczema- dry itchy skin and red patches.
I have no affiliation. I bought them all with my own money.
All purpose salve from Wise Woman Herbals – I got this through my doctor
Psoriaflora cream – I got this from Wholefoods
I’m taking zinc and borage oil again to help with red patches. They do not help with the itching. But help with the appearance of my legs.
My legs are doing better. Slowly each day they hurt less and red patches are going down. I still have itching but not as bad. I am frustrated that the itching is still here. Some days it is not bad as other days. So like I said in video I am thinking they are caused by different things – the red patches and itchy skin. Just a feeling I have, not sure if that sounds crazy or not.
As I mentioned in the video I went to see an allergist last week and got a few different tests done.
Allergy test done on my arms for environmental and certain foods. And then a patch test on my back. This one was fun haha I couldn’t shower for two days, so it was a nice way to get out of working out 😉
Patch tests came back negative, which I was kind of bummed about because I wanted an explanation to what was going on specifically for my neck/chest. The doctor had nothing!!!! She was just going to write me a prescription, but I told her I will wait on that as I have other doctors lined up to see.
So I left her office still lost. But keeping hope!
I saw another doctor, well nutritionist/Registered Dietitian this past Wednesday to get a MRT test done for food allergies. As I feel I would just like to know what my blood is telling me. I know all the reasons why testing is not always accurate but of all the food tests I felt this one was best. And it’s either going to tell me what I am avoiding already is right or help show me what I am still eating that is causing my flare-ups.

Thanks for your support. I know I still have a long journey ahead. I will keep you all updated!!
P.S. Please no rude comments as this is a very emotional time for me.
