Where do ya’ll find goat yogurt? I’ve read that in some cases it might be better for people that have a mild sensitivity to lactose (which I think I have), so I’d like to give it a try! I can’t find it in my local health food store or regular grocery store though. Any suggestions?

purelytwins May 26, 2014 - 2:48 pm

We bought ours from Whole Foods – Red Wood Hill Farm is the brand of goat yogurt we buy and like

You two have similar food tastes as I do. Got great ideas from this post alone. I like healthy and easy dishes like the salmon, rice and eggs. I’m gonna be checking back for more =)

I love salmon but I’ve never tried the canned version. You made it look so good though. Will add it to my grocery list this week. Thanks!
