Highlights from our week:
Plantain waffles with goat yogurt and cinnamon.
We purchased a new brand of kale chips to try out. We enjoyed them as they were made with pumpkin seeds not nuts.
Filmed a great weight purely training workout coming soon. We were both sweaty messes.
Enjoyed lovely simple meals like white rice, canned salmon and egg with coconut oil.
We both enjoyed drinking fresh green juice this week.
We made a delicious new grain-free vegan recipe coming this week!! Can’t wait to share this one 😉
Michelle practiced a new workout move on the stability ball.
I wore another new maternity dress for a weekend brunch to celebrate a friends birthday. I really loved how this one fit my baby bump.
I had a chocolate craving so I made up more two-bite brownies.
I also did some great workouts this week. Some days I felt better than others. I don’t move as fast in my mountain climbers.
In some of our new workouts that we filmed this week we incorporated some new moves that we can’t wait to share with our purely fitters. We love finding new ways to challenge the body using just bodyweight!
