Quick simple healthy chocolate waffles with a delicious naturally sweetened dairy-free raspberry cream. Perfect pancakes for brunch. Light and fluffy filled with protein and healthy fats to fuel you for the day.

1/4 cup arrowroot starch (1oz)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (1oz)
6 tablespoons hemp protein powder (1 1/2oz)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8–10 drops liquid stevia
1 tablespoon coconut oil, liquid (1/2oz)
1/2 cup coconut milk (4oz)
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 medium banana
1/2 cup raspberries
4 –5 tbsp coconut oil
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Next add in egg, vanilla, stevia and coconut oil.
Next add in coconut milk and apple cider vinegar.
Continue to stir.
Cook pancakes on skillet. A few minutes on one side, then flip to cook the other side.
Raspberry cream directions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until creamy.
