Highlights from our week:
Made our gluten-free baked donuts from our purely classic cookbook. One of our favs.
Enjoyed some plantain fries as part of dinner one night.
Tried some wakame seaweed in our weekly fermented veggies
Made raw vegan protein thin mints.
Enjoyed our thin mints a few nights this week. So good.
Love this dog 😉
Made a delicious dinner one night that we got from PaleOMG. Beef, plantains and bacon casserole. Simple and delicious.
Loving our bulletproof coffee just about every morning.
Friday we felt like baking so we made up a few things and one of them was our protein gluten-free (can be made grain-free) graham crackers from our S’mores cookbook.
Lori was inspired to try something different for her hair -Coachella inspired fishtail braid!
We watched Angela do it and thought how beautiful we must try it!!
And then ANGELA liked my photo!!
And Krissy Mae liked it too!!
Both of us were in star shock 🙂 Although both ladies have no idea who we are, haha Two amazing, beautiful ladies that inspire us!
Went for some lovely walks this past week.
