I love love love chia seeds!!! And those crackers look like they’d be great with a veggie soup or sandwich some protein in between like chicken Or maybe crumbled into a batch of scrambled egg (whites). Plenty of great combos!

I think my favorite nut or seed is macadamias. I haven’t had any recently, though. I like almost every nut and seed so it is hard to pick a favorite 🙂

I’d taste this yummie-looking flatbread with the huge amount of “sobrasada” waiting for me in the fridge. It’ll be a good mixture, the carbs in the kale, the proteins in the hemp and the saturated fats in the “sobrasada” that is kind of “paté” made with pork fats and some of its grounded meat with salt, lots of paprika and other spices,very typical here in Spain. I’d really like to win!!

I’ve been lurking around here since I found your site a few days ago and though I still have plenty of things to read here, I can tell you that you are really inspiring me to start a journal myself and not feel depressed when my body-mind-emotional side let me down again like yesterday did, (was feeling kind of miserable again) and take my skin and digestive system -constipation-, teeth issues easy. I read yesterday night one sentence in one of your post that kept me thinking: “It’s not about getting perfection, but progression” or something like that and since I have settled myself in the quest of self-experimenting what works for me and what doesn’t, findind people like you over the net makes me feel I’m not alone, makes me see you both through the empathy though we live in different continents ;P Thank you form the bottom of my heart, the motivation I have found in the strenght, will, “pure” honesty and creativity you always show, means a lot to me.

YUM! I think this flatbread would be fabulous on its own – right before dinner when you want something special and delicious AND healthy, but I would also put some avocado icing on it too. I would love this cookbook – and today is my birthday too!

Hi recipes look absolutely delicious and so healthy! I have recently brought a dehydrator and am ready for a raw cracker marathon! 🙂 I would top with homemade hummus or raw vegan nutritional yeast and hemp sauce i have been addicted to lately!

We’ve never tried not using onions before so we aren’t sure. We think using a pepper might work.
