Highlights from our week:
Sad that we ate our last bit of our thin mint french toast… can’t wait to recreate again. One of our favs to date.
Enjoying our morning fresh green juice in our new cups from Sur la Table! Love them.
Enjoyed our last few slices of our almond butter protein bread.
Receiving a special box in the mail from popsugar as we are apart of their popsugar select fitness and food. Thanks popsugar for the cute bag and hoodie!
Another surprise box in the mail came from Jane herself… Jane Iredale makeup. She read about our face and hormone struggles and wanted to send us a special package. We got a variety of makeups to try and a new product that they are launching called Skin Accumax for us to try out. We’ve already shared before that we use and love their makeup, so we have a good feeling we will like these products. Due to Lori being pregnant we are waiting to try out the new supplement.
Vanilla stevia no sugar marshmallows. Forgot how addicting these are. Great way to get more gelatin into our diet.
Our go-to bread is always a great addition to our post workout meals. We are back to making this just about daily.
Made our delicious bacon avocado sandwich. For the plantain bread we were short on the plantains so threw in some steamed sweet potatoes to get to the weight we needed. It worked, a little soft and more moist bread, but still yummy.
Friday night we enjoyed a meatless dinner with making up our favorite pudding – avocado plantain protein pudding. So good. We added in some coconut oil to it. 1 tablespoon each… made it so rich and creamy.

Besides enjoying delicious food and goodies in the mail we have been working out daily too. Kettlebell swing challenge!

Filmed some new workouts for purely training and purely fit life club. And yes for those that are wondering Lori is still doing our home workouts with me. She of course makes adjustments when needed.
