We’re coming to an end for our bedroom workout series. Crazy to think that another month of workouts has gone by?!?
We find that changing our workout location can help to jazz things up a bit, especially when working out at home. Changing up where you workout can make a difference in your overall effort. It’s like getting new clothes, you feel like a new person when you put those new clothes on. Working out in a new room does that for us. And we also love to workout outside when we can as that really makes the whole workout experience fun and different. What about you? Do you find yourself pushing yourself harder when you try different locations?
This workout is a full body routine that will work just about every angle of your body. Time to feel that burn all over. Do you want to build stronger, leaner muscles? If yes, make sure to give this workout a try and let us know how you liked it!
Pyramid bodyweight time challenge full body bedroom workout.
This workout routine is a low impact workout so there is no jumping making it great for any fitness level to do.
It’s a time challenge which means that you are trying to go through this workout as fast as you can. Of course keeping good form with each exercise.

Get ready to do some side lunges. Another form of lunges that we love to do for working the lower body. The side lunge can effectively strengthen and tone muscles in your glutes, thighs and hips. All areas we know we need to focus on more, right? We love side lunges as they really focus on the gluteus maximus. A weak muscle for us.
You will be working so many muscles during this workout which means more calories burned.
Get ready to do some side plank lifts.
Side planks are great for burning out your obliques and shoulders. Remember to control your movement with these. Lower down slowly and lift up with strength and power.
Love our new albion fit coral petal sports bra. This was our first time purchasing something from them and so far we really like the feel and fit of the sports bra. Not as padded or form fitting for small chested girls like us compared to our handful bras. But still a nice fit. Anyone else try albion clothing before?

Purely training 54 bedroom pyramid workout (click for printable)
B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mention in the video. Do 1 round – 2 rounds. For the side plank pulses you can do them on your forearms.
A-fits (advanced peeps): Push yourself. Limit your breaks. If time allows go for 4 rounds. Use weights for side lunges if desired.
FIT moms (pregnancy recommendations) : Go slow. Do 1 – 2 rounds if you are new to working out. DO supermans on knees. Do push-ups on knees or chair. Do the side planks on our forearms.
